the poly strong challenge is a different culture dance like Samoan Fijian and Maori culture. It's where the dance get's harder and harder as you go. there are more than only three culture. Songs to dance to there are Tongan and more. Today me and my friends did a dance to the poly strong cook island challenge.

polystrong challenge

Yesterday me and three of my friends did a dance to the poly strong challenge. We had la's and lava lava's to perform in. We did a Samoan dance a Tongan one and a Maori dance. We jammed under the the sun cover. And dance like cook islanders and Tongan and Maori and Samoan.

     

2016 Marathon

At a Marathon in 2016 a lady from kin ya was running her fastest she was beating all the other Runners. As soon as she got tired she was in complete exhaustion and crawled to the finish. She had great determination she was dripping water out of her mouth her knees must of hurt because she was crawling on rocks it was hard.

All Blacks haka

At the All blacks game the all blacks stood with mana and did the haka. They had strength of a maori warrior, they had super fierce pukana with their eyes bursting open and doing the haka with pride representing New Zealand their country. The all blacks have been doing the haka at all of their games because they want to say we want to challenge you at a game of rugby with their body luggage where going to do what ever it takes to take you's down.

weigth lifting

At the olympics back in 2016 at the weight lifting comp a lady from Venezuela tried to lift a massive but she screamed in pain like agony. She crumpled to the ground and her legs went to the right and her arms went behind her back. The weight’s were massive she was screaming in agony it was very saw she may of went to the hospital after that.

chicken noodle soup dacne

today we got to move our body again on a cold and rainy day we needed Chicken noodle soup to warm up i made up this dance with my friend Shldon 

my holiday in Wallington.

Last week on saturday me and my mum got on a plane to go to Wallington my dad and my. sister came after us when me and my mum landed we got shuttle to the rental place witch.

Was called go rental our car was a red car we had to go to my mom's cousin house when we.

Stayed at Wallington two days after my dad and my sister came to Wallington and stayed at. The same house in our room we had not one but two Queen sized beds on tuesday we had.

The sad funeral for my mum’s cousin mum’s funeral then on wednesday we had to go home.

Back to Auckland  and the normal stuff.
