the poly strong challenge is a different culture dance like Samoan Fijian and Maori culture. It's where the dance get's harder and harder as you go. there are more than only three culture. polystrong challenge

Yesterday me and three of my friends did a dance to the poly strong challenge. We had la's and lava lava's to perform in. We did a Samoan dance a Tongan one and a Maori dance. We jammed under the the sun cover. And dance like cook islanders and Tongan and Maori and Samoan.

     

2016 Marathon

At a Marathon in 2016 a lady from kin ya was running her fastest she was beating all the other Runners. As soon as she got tired she was in complete exhaustion and crawled to the finish. She had great determination she was dripping water out of her mouth her knees must of hurt because she was crawling on rocks it was hard.
